Age 89, on March 6, 2010. Val was the owner of Val-Lor Construction and proudly served our country during WWII. Preceded in death by his wife Jean (Herrle); cherished father of Ray (Genie), Dave (Patti), Don (Mary) and the late Valerie Baumgart; dear brother of Esther Colonna and the late Jack, Guy and Emma Hochendoner; treasured grandfather of Ryan, Alexander, Eric, Mclean, Jonathan, Sean & Amy. Visitation Thursday 2-4pm & 7-9pm at BALL FUNERAL CHAPEL INC. 600 Dunster St., Brookline. Funeral Mass Friday 10:30 a.m. in St. Louise deMarillac, 320 McMurray Rd,, Pgh., PA 15241.
